- Other Info Isaac was found straying a week ago. He has a few matted bits in his fur. He is Chipped but we have had no luck with the phone Numbers, Address visited and they Dont know him. No luck with paper collar. Due to his age of 17 and Matts we Decided as a team to get him Into a Safe Environment. We will continue to look for His owner but He is SAFE And will be returned if owner found.
