- I have registered Clio on behalf of her owners. We have spent 4 hours out looking, we've notified the railways, also spoken to 101 incase anyone has phoned them to report her, contacted one out of hours vet, also emailed dog warden and messaged whitehouse kennels who the council uses for stray or lost dogs.
