- Ruby was running on main roads and a lot of people put their lives at risk to stop her being hit by a car. This verified by many people on the local Fb page. She wasn’t wearing a tag so hopefully the people who managed to catch her (thus likely saving her life) will be taking her to a vet or similar tomorrow. Whilst we seem to default to the worst case scenario, I hope in this case that the people who took her into their care, are just waiting until tomorrow although the Queens funeral arrangements may impact on this. Not everyone thinks things through and contacts the relevant authorities through ignorance.
