- Georgie, this is just brilliant news. I'm absolutely thrilled to hear that both Fang and Maia are back home safe and sound. They really are a pair of beauties. Thank goodness they were both chipped but could they both have nice, new shiney ID tags on their collars as a welcome home present? As we all know on this site, you just can't be too careful these days. Enjoy the rest of your Easter break!!!

- Thanks to some very honest people who are yet to come forward we were able to claim Maia from a vets where she had been handed in at 15 MILES away!!
We had e-mailed her breeder who she was still chip registered to and the vets contacted us after speaking to the breeder.
I can very easily say that had she not been chipped i dont think this would have ended as sweetly.
Thankyou DL :)

- Post by Georgia copied over from Fangs page:
We went out this morning for another search of the area and returned home to find him outside the house. We are potentially ruling theft out now however the more valuable bitch is still missing.
All local vets have been notified and logged with them, local rescue centres also have been called.
Maia is still missing at the moment and i am doing hourly checks of the area.
She is chipped but i dont know her number, but is registered to her breeder up in Manchester still. They have our details and will call us if she is called in. Great to see Fang is home fingers crossed Georgie you are reunied with Maia soon. Good luck. Jan x

- Georgie, sorry to see Maia and Fang are missing. Thanks for registering their details with DL, we will do all we can to help you in your search. You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible, we cannot stress enough the importance of the postering. Posters can be printed once a photo has been added by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be logged in). Contact DW's, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo). Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone. Great they are Chipped, do contact the Chip Co if not already and report them missing and update the details. Please update us on who has been contacted i.e. DW's etc and if you have started postering. You can leave a comment by selecting Add a comment just above Comments. Good luck and hope they are found soon. Jan x Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Copied from circumstances box: Came home after 10 hours to find kennels open and lock on floor away from kennels. Was in with another female husky and doberman bitch, doberman was found outside the house. On call warden notified and police crime logged as potential stolen dogs. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
