- Other Info Carlow/Kilkenny Dog Shelter - One staffie out and another straight in to take his kennel 😞 This poor girl came into us yesterday afternoon, she is microchipped and we have spoken to her breeder, we have yet to make contact with her owner. If you are her owner please contact us, we are posting her as we have to make every effect to locate a dogs owner, she also may have been stolen. We have called her Hope because by coming into us she now has some hope of a better life
