Sniff was picked up within a couple days of being stolen but the connention was not made. It was only when she went to Dogs Trust that a member of staff realised who she was and contacted the owner last Friday. He went along and confirmed it was Sniff but has had to agree to have her rehomed as he would not risk using his kennels in case she is taken again. The terriers are still all missing although there have been attempts to recover them by the police but the information came too late and they have now been moved. We still need to keep an eye open for these.

Thanks for posting but she was stolen on night of 6-7th April the found one was picked up on the 4th.

I picked this story up from Newbury Weekly News website and have left message for police contact to call me as to whether there could be a connection with stolen lurcher Mr Oates (DL ref 17883) but they haven't called as yet.  If owners want to call to discuss please pass on my mobile 07732 497221 - Sabrina

We do not have a photo of Sniff, she is very nervous and "grins" when aproached. This is not an agressive snarl, she is just frightened and shy.
