- Mena Viana- actually the police matter is still ongoing and is now a gross misconduct matter as the charity asked a police officer to act illegally on their behalf during a legal dispute. This has been reported to the CC and the IOPC.Last edited: 2022-11-11 15:44:41 by RAINBOW

- in facebook there is this update - UPDATE ON LUNA: We have received information that this is a civil dispute matter, that has today been closed by the police. Police have an incident number. Luna is safe and well, with her new owners.

- Please can admin please contact me? I’ve asked several times now for my voice to be heard by anyone at the charity. I would like you to hear the correct information of the situation. Thanks

- Luna was not paid for.
This is a civil matter, not a criminal matter. As per Dog Lost request, no further comment will be made. - 2022-11-10 10:49 Cani78
- Please can the coordinator contact me. thanks. If the dog is still legally owned by the breeder then why have the police dropped the case. Your support to hear the full information is appreciated as currently this post is factually incorrect. Last edited: 2022-11-10 11:11:39 by Cani78

- This page was moved to unknown overnight as there appears to be a dispute going on here, and we could not monitor the page overnight. I have brought it back to lost, and will leave the coordinator who knows about this to deal with it. Meanwhile, please could I respectfully ask those concerned not to engage in further dispute on this page? Thank you.

- @Cani78 Luna is still legally owned by the breeder. Its not a police matter but a civil matter. Luna needs to be returned to her rightful home.
