I hope the owner is checking St Giles kennels near Taunton regularly as this is the most likely place for him to turn up.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Update from owner: having just moved, the internet connection is not yet up and running, so they have been unable to update us. They will now keep in touch by phone. There is a chance that the sightings were of another straying dog, rather than Ben. The other dog has now been caught, but there has been no sign of Ben, in spite of a comprehensive poster campaign. Have advised owner on further ways to publicise Ben's disappearance, in the hope that someone, somewhere, has seen him. He is described as a very friendly, gentle dog. Owner will look at ways of trying to get a photo to admin. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Ben has been sighted a couple of times, but is shy of people he doesn't know. I have urged his owner to get a photo to admin as soon as possible, although they have been busy and produced their own posters very quickly. Any volunteers in the area able to offer help and support, please get in touch.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
