Welcome home DIVA.xxx It is often not the The Police, perse it is the non caring lack of empathy, jobs worth that takes the calls which is very likely a civilian.   I would suggest a complaint in writing is made to the Police Constable otherwise this lack of procedures will happen again and we loose another dog because of the system.

Brilliant news, well done everyone for getting this result so quickly for Diva's owners. Once again reinforces the importance of posters and how time after time they work quickly to get the dogs home.

Diva is back due to the posters! Thanks Debbie Jayne for doing them so quickly!   As owner was postering a girl stopped and said ooh I have your dog!      Police were less than useful as owner had reported her to them 4 times and still when he went again to the station her details were not logged!
