What a lovely result, and once again the microchip makes it happen. Good to know the vets are checking too. Welcome home Hippo.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

So very pleased to say that this boy is safely home. Have had an email back from owner. :- Dear Hazel,

Thank you so much for your quick response. Fortunately I have found my dog Hippo the samoyed. Someone caught him and brought him to a local vet. They scanned his microship and found me. Thank you very much. I absolutely love the name - Welcome home Hippo x

No contact number so have emailed owner for photograph and more details. Have emailed scenting guidlines, Dog warden, pound and rescue numbers Cambridgeshire, postering advice and a general information sheet. Hopefully will have a reply with photo attached.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Has he gone from the picnic area by the Nene? Try to get a bit in the Evening Telegraph by emailing his picture to the letters page. Good luck. XLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
