- So sorry that your adventures with Clodagh had to end so soon. We also lost one of our beloved girls last year, to the same god awful disease. We still love and miss her every day. Thank you for taking care of Clodagh and giving her such a lovely life. 🖤❤️xxx

- This lovely girl has gone to Rainbow Bridge. She was rehomed via Merseyside Dogs Trust and had a lovely forever home and very much loved. Deepest thoughts are with her owner and beautiful Clodagh. She has had a wonderful life with her new family and shown so much love. She was one of the lucky ones to be offered a rescue space very quickly. Thanks for giving her a wonderful forever home via the lovely Dogs Trust Merseyside. Sending you all big hugs. ❤️

Some of you might remember my girl as she was posted on here before our paths crossed when I fostered her via Dogs Trust after she was found straying back in 2023. Her name was Fen/Finn and she was a Brittany. We had to say goodbye to her the other night due to hemangiosarcoma and it was thanks to this group I could find OOH’s treatment.
I’d renamed her Clodagh (Clods, Clodes or Clodhopper) and she has been my biggest blessing. We were inseparable and she brought so much happiness to my life after losing my previous dog. She turned up at my door in heat and suffering with kennel cough and despite her condition I knew she was something very special.
In the short time I had her we went on lots of adventures, she epitomised joie de vivre and taught me so much. She developed glaucoma so was down one eye but never let it bother her, she was fearless, mischievous but most of all totally loving.
Heartbroken doesn’t begin to describe how I feel, it’s like life has turned black and white, but wanted to share to say thank you to this kind group and in case anyone remembers her, we had an absolute blast these last 20 months 💕

- I've contacted a few rescues to see if I could find her to possibly offer her a home but have been unsuccessful so far and the wardens were unable to tell me anything.

- Hilary yes I remember Louie and was the DL Co who was involved when he was found. You did amazing, I did think of you when this girl was found, owner was made aware she was with the Wardens, so sad she has not been claimed. She is one of the lucky ones and was offered a rescue space very quickly with the Dogs Trust ❤️

- Hmm this is close to where our old Brittany (Louie) was found. We adopted him from Freshfields. Some admin will likely remember him.

If same dog found a few times owner was made aware last night when she was taken to vets. Thank you to her finders and everyone who helped get her safe
