To address the comment below re the paperwork. Yes, an SSPCA document was completed BY THE POLICE. This was when they believed the SSPCA wd simply come and collect Skye. The SSPCA refused to take her and advised Police of this. They also advised Police that this form was an obsolete document and must be destroyed. Police failed to destroy the form and handed it in error to Monks Bunks upon collection for transport to emergency boarding. Police also confirmed that SSPCA had stated they were not accepting ownership of Skye by visiting owners address and demanding they take her back. They cdnt do that, hence why I was asked 5o help to find her a rescue space. Which I did. I agreed the emergency boarding terms in writing with Monks Bunks and agreed the rescue. Monks Bunks never owned Skye. The pink slip is a simple collection slip used for any uplifted property. It is in no way a transfer of any ownership document.
