- Other Info Laois SPCA - Dog found on the M8 motorway yesterday, the Kilkenny side of where the M8 joins the M9. Taken to the vet, he is chipped with the Irish Kennel Club but owner not found. He is a German Pointer, about 5 years old, seems to have been missing at least a week. He seems to be house trained and is very quiet. Proof of ownership required. Contact 087 688 3333
