- This is heartbreaking. I am so sorry. Owners you must be devastated. Remember the good life and the love you gave Broadie. You made her happy. Run free at the bridge little one...

- So sorry. Run free at the Bridge Brodie
Sad, that it seems like a lack of communication between different departments not passing on information. Could have saved this family a lot of stress & worry if this information had been passed on to dog warden.

- Very sad email's from family:
Hi Jan,
Just to update you, my dad went to the police station yesterday and found out that Brodie sadly had been knocked down on the night he went missing. On behalf of our family I would just like to thank you so much for all your help.
This is not the outcome anyone wants to see, thanks for letting us know. Deepest thoughts are with you both and your family. Run free at the Bridge lovely Brodie and sweet dreams you will be sadly missed by all who knew you. - A4 and various size posters now done and emailed to Paul (thanks for updating us on what has been done, you are doing a great job getting the posters out). 99% of the time it is the posters that gets dogs home, some people do not now that they should report a found dog to the Council DW. You need just that one poster to be seen and fingers crossed you get the phone call you are waiting for. Good luck. Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Paul sorry to see Broadie is missing. Thanks for registering his details on DL, we will do all we can to help you in your search. Great you have uploaded photo/s I've cropped and reloaded to bring him closer. You need to poster, poster, poster the area a.s.a.p. and make him, we cannot stress enough the importance of the postering. Posters can be printed by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be logged in). How has he gone missing? From home or on a walk? Contact DW's, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo). Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone. Please update us on who has been contacted i.e. DW's etc and if you have started postering. You can leave a comment by selecting Add a comment just above Comments. Good luck and hope he is found soon. Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
