- Other Info Carrick Dog Shelter - Monaghan county council pound dog ref 81 : Much of the over grown coat had to be removed prior to vet exam yesterday . The matts were so thick and heavy the dog couldn`t even be scanned to see if she was microchipped ! So 81 is female and was already microchipped , although it is proving difficult currently to trace her owner . The chip details are registered to an owner in the Keady area . Perhaps she was stolen or got lost a long time ago ? We do now know that she is a small mix bree
