Warm light coming from far below,
Twinkling, sparkling is the candle's glow.
All is well up on the ridge,
The place we know as Rainbow Bridge. Furbabies sleeping in heaven's light,
Tended by candles in the night.
Peaceful dreams be theirs to keep,
As they slumber in this night so deep. Hearts on earth that miss them so,
Take comfort in the candle's glow.
Watching for them in skies above,
Bound eternally by a cord of love. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

So very sorry to be writing this. Email from Holly's owner. We received bad news yesterday ? Holly was found dead in the garden of a holiday home next door to where she went missing.  We had combed the whole area and can?t understand how we missed her.  The cause of death is as yet uncertain ? she was so young.  We have arranged to take her into the vet?s this morning who has told us that the most likely causes are either heart failure or poison.  We are obviously devastated but also grateful to everyone who helped in the search.  Many thanks to you and Doglost for all your help and advice.  Once I have informed the police, dog warden etc that she has been found I will visit your website to make a donation.  I have told all my dog owning friends about doglost.   Thank you again Janet  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
