- I am his owner, I have updated his status. We managed to intercept him today having plotted his likely routes from the many many sightings. Thank you to everyone who gave support and advice and enabled us to retrieve him.

- Five confirmed sightings on the South Downs Way above South Harting. Can anyone help with a scent dog or drone to confirm he is still there. We are scenting the area and leaving food points.

- There has been a strong probable sighting of Toast last Saturday after midday, in Cocking at the top of hill near the farm shop. The posters went up in Cocking today, they called this evening. They firmly believe it was Toast and that when he couldn't get out of the field he ran back the way he came towards Heyshot and Graffham.
