Real longshot after all this time? There is a white and tan Jack Russell that has been found in Pembrokeshire - chipped to Bristol:

Any chance of a photo so we can print off  some posters as this is close to me, seen photo on another site with few more details, - wearing blue collar, tagged & chipped.  Nervous dog, so may not come to someone easily. Left eyelid is lowered as if lazy eye.
