 I keep having to pinch-punch myself to check it is
real.  Blunder was picked up by a couple almost as soon as I lost her;
they didn't know what to do about it, so took her home and looked after
her all these six weeks with their own dog, before they finally saw one
of my posters (how important the posters are) and called me.  I thought
it was a hoax.  She has been well cared for. Am just so happy.  And so
grateful to you for all your support and great advice.   Email received this morning. POSTER POWER works again.

I have just spoken to Blunder's owner. Blunder went missing on a tow path that is very familiar to her. A lot of people were about at the weekend,fishing & generally enjoying the canal.Blunder could well have been mistaken for a lost or stray dog & been taken in by someone.Owner has done a marvellous job of postering everywhere,contacting DWs,vets etc in the immediate area.I will be emailing some more postering suggestions as well as rescue contacts & local helpers. Blunder is out there somewhere ,lets get her home where she belongs, soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
