- Lancer... such a shame for the little dog. She is a very sweet wee thing so hopefully with some TLC she'll find a loving home. She was collected by the dog warden yesterday. I hope the collie turns up safe too.

- Poor think, so glad she is safe now. I have run her microchip through our database - not any of our missing / stolen dogs sadly
I have just checked the chip with chip company and it is unregistered, so no owner or dog details

- This poor little dog was with some folk in caravans who stayed at East Balthangie Caravan Park. They left this dog and a Border Collie tied up all day one day and went out, leaving the dogs without water. The owner told the campsite manager that they had given the dog to a relative in Aberdeen and was giving the collie to their sister to look after while they stayed on the site.
They drove off in a hurry in several vehicles, after hurling abuse at the campsite manager, when the campsite manager told them that someone had checked their vehicles and found two of them to be untaxed, and one showing no MOT and reported it to him.
The vehicles in question are: Fiat Ducato white van registration SJ16 AXP (No tax) & a Ford Transit connect white with No tax or MOT. Reg BC16 FZS
Clearly, they were lying and the poor wee thing had not been rehomed, it had been dumped. We have no idea where they were going, nor does the campsite manager, but hopefully, an ANPR camera will pick them up soon. We imagine a Border Collie will be found soon too.Last edited: 2023-05-15 21:00:41 by Lancer - 2023-05-15 19:59 GeoffA - Area Volunteer - Cornwall, Scotland & Northumberland
