Oh my goodness. What a happy photo of Ralph secured and en route home. 🥰🥰
He gave the team some heart wrenching moments when he went onto the busy road at the Bowhouse roundabout. So many cars and people stopped along the way to “catch” him. Not one managed to. He just kept running. For miles and miles.
A 10 month old puppy, chased and chased and so frightened that he thought a busy road was a place of safety.
This could so easily have ended badly, but we are all so happy it didn’t.
Please, please, stop trying to catch a dog that won’t willingly come to you, as not every dog will be as lucky as Ralph.

❗️❗️ As expected all those people who keep posting on groups saying they have stopped and tried to catch him, HAVE PUSHED HIM ONTO A VERY BUSY ROAD.
Please, please, please stop chasing, you will not catch him and he’s in danger of being knocked down now. ❗️❗️
This dog is from Mauchline and is a very timid pup. Owner has already advised very unlikely that anyone could approach. So PLEASE DON’T TRY TO CATCH OR CHASE. REPORT SIGHTING ONLY".
