- People are more than welcome to message to get the actual facts in regards to this. The dog was placed with a friend. The dog remained under my name until to the agreement we had was met. The dog was bred by the fiend twice then gave the dog away without my consent. Discussions were had inwhich their friend was said to be happy to keep to the agreement. But has not done so which means that the dog needs to be returned to me as the registered keeper of this dog which I have remained.
Ask yourselfs if this wasn't the case why didn't my friend who has had the dog just over 2 years to be exact not change the dog over into their name and only decided to attempt this once their friend refused to keep to the arrangement?
I have all messages from all parties and the person who has had the dog for the two years had £14000 minimum from this dog which covers more than the cost of the 2 years of looking after this dog then to give him away without contacting me?
And why would they not contact me first as they know that I'm the registered keeper of this dog? Last edited: 2023-06-11 21:42:32 by Kerryanne - 2023-06-11 19:49 John Daffern
- This maybe worth following up says she knows the person who has owned the dog for the past 3 years
Dogs not stolen, this dog was given away 3 years ago he's only now being reported as stolen cause they want to breed the dog
More to this than what's been put here

- Not currently. Crime ref number IR-23KF899 Until the police has gone through the evidence and the dog warden has been informed it's not yet going down a civil route. Last edited: 2023-06-11 12:45:36 by Kerryanne

- Thankyou everyone. This boy was with a friend as a co own with everything staying in my name as I was retaining full breeding rights to him. He was brought by me. Trained and health tested by me. As it was a co own They did not pay anything for him for this reason. They asked twice to use him for their own breeding which I agreed as they were taking good care of him. 7 pups over two KC registered litters nothing which was given to me as I had 2 important breedings I needed to do which was going to be used to improve the breed and add to an important breeding program a little down the line.
They since passed him onto someone else without my permission (I would of had him back at this point if I was informed but was not given the chance) . I was assured that they would uphold the agreement of the co own. Their friend was contacted and been told if I turn up at there door I will end up in hospital. He is still fully registered to me and only me. His chip, his health testing and KC paperwork is all with me and in my name.
I have had no choice but to report him stolen Last edited: 2023-06-10 22:37:24 by Kerryanne - 2023-06-10 20:51 Sharon - Social Media Volunteer
