- Copies from e mail received from Owner:
There was muffled barking outside(I was on the phone to dog warden at the time) and she threw herself at the door and went mad when she came inside - rolling all over furniture, etc. Very hungry and now dead to the world - obviously hasn't slept much. She smells very musty and has quite a lot of sheep muck in her coat so maybe she's been lying low in a lambing pen somewhere. She's now got her id on and will be microchipped v.soon. All the best, Sara

- stay positive ! terriers are survivors and hardy strong creatures ! your doing lots to find her, I lost my JRT down a hole for 5 whole days back in march,!!
My local terrier club (Fell /moorland/lakeland) gave me fantastic advice and strength, the best advice was when calling her-keep your voice very calm and low-and call dont shout.and it worked-Poppy only responded to a male voice, as mine was it was too high in pitch !! good luck-Ally x

- Thank you for your email. Poppy ran off from home
after a hot air balloon hovered low overhead at 7.0pm today. She has
never run off before. We live in very rural area, on a farm, very close
to Glastonbury festival site. I have walked and driven round local area
all evening, informing some locals and calling and calling. Tomorrow I
will go round on horseback and look and call but I'm not optimistic. I
hope you get this photo. Thank you again - it is comforting to know
someone else is looking. Sara
&
Thanks for help. I am still searching and have put up lots of posters.Difficult to know where to put 'smellies' in such a rural area. My postcode is BA4 4EN and I had a good look at your map. I will post all footpaths. Dog wardens on holiday and vets unavailable as its bank holiday. Thunderstorms expected which can only make things worse.
