- Little Bear is back home πππShe was missing since Monday 12 June when she slipped her lead in Mossley and the last confirmed sighting was Tuesday 13 June at lunchtime.
We picked her up this evening from a wonderful family who found her in their garden.
I would like to thank each and every one of you who took the time to share care support and help look for her πππ the power of local community cannot be equalled and we are elated to have her back xxx - 2023-06-17 21:07 Fiona Monger - Investigations Co-ordinator, Police Liaison

Family post: Hello,
Missing dog update.
On the 13th at around lunch time a man in his 30’s picking up little bear at the end of Geaves Street near the cobble foot path from Stockport road.
He talked to two women and stated “he would take her home and put it on social media ”.
Over 24 hours have passed and this not has not been carried out. We have knocked on every door in the area and they has be no further slighting.
The police now regard this to be a stolen dog rather than a missing dog.
This is a message to the man in question. Can you please drop little bear of at any vets in Tameside, they have all been notified and will not ask any questions. - 2023-06-13 18:00 Millypod (Chris) - Administrative Volunteer
