Hi Francis. I'm now in contact with Carolyn and her brother Rob (who I understand is the owner). I have given them critical advice on how to draw Louise in and then close the last few yards. Rob just had another sighting, but he hadn't received the advice at that time and Louise ran from him. Hopefully he'll be prepared for the encounter next time he sees her.Last edited: 2023-07-09 15:14:29 by RichardH

Updated Sunday 9th July. Louise was soptted on Isham Marine Drive, near Thatcher Point. We almost caught her but she ran into the Undergrowth at Thatcher Point, opposite Thatcher Avenue. Have been searching the area for the past couple of hours but it's very overgrown, so no luck yet

Fingers crossed Louise is found safe and soon. xxx

From owner on Spotted Torquay, posted around 08:00 today (may have been submitted to page earlier):
"Francis Simonite
MISSING DOG
Our tan coloured Chihuahua got out of our garden in Lydwell Park Road on the evening of Friday 7th July.
Something spooked her and she took off down Babbacombe Road towards the harbour. Unfortunately I couldn't keep up with her and lost sight of her in the twilight just past the Kent pub.
She's called Louise (answers to Lewie or Lulu) and is wearing a collar with our contact details, she's also microchipped.
Please keep an eye out for her. Hopefully she's gone to ground somewhere. Please don't try to catch her as she's very nervous and will run.
If you see her, please call Rob on 07450 216297 or Francis on 07828 174651
Thanks".
