- Other Info Carlow/Kilkenny Dog Shelter - This little man was picked up in Kilkenny today, microchipped but details not updated, he is absolutely petrified and in horrendous condition, yet another welfare case into our care, the relevant bodies have been notified, he is safe now and a whole new life begins from today
