- Frenchie it says in the Marks and scars section the vets aren't giving out any details of description to allow owner to provide proof of ownership. A photo may not be appropriate in this case. Hope they have a loving home but if it happens to be a stolen dog it might be the owner would have no idea this might be their dog so a photo might help. xx
