- I would check Newham dog wardens BUT also Barking and dagenham dog wardens as well, due to the fact wall end Rd is not far on the border of that council. Also Redbridge, as Ilford is not far as well Good luck

- I'd just caught an EL2 bus in Barking to go one stop & was sitting on the bottom step at back with my female Jack Russell Minnie. As we got to the next stop someone, male, was on his phone coming down the stairs behind me. And I heard him say, "Yes. It's a Jack Russell". And I got off then. Got the impression that he was looking out for a Jack Russell. Maybe you know him. Just to say, hope little Ted is found soon.
