- Other Info Nottingham City Council Dog Control - was found on Windmill Lane in Sneinton 3 days ago. Finder was told they didnt have to call the Local Authority. They finally follwed the law and called us. No collar, no chip. Owner to call 01159152000 or report via https://www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk/dogs
