Long shot, but Rochdale Dog Rescue have a Lactating Rottie girl come into the pound they work with - could be worth checking out although this girl looks a slimmer build.

Think it's worth calling all the vets around the area as if she has been picked up then she could possibly be taken there if as you say will have trouble welping naturally. Keep postering like mad someone must have seen this poor girl. Fingers x she isfound safe & well very soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Various size posters now done and emailed to owner and Co-ordinator Goldenfrodo.  Have spoken to owner again about the postering and getting her picture as far afield as possible.  Fingers crossed once they start getting circulated they get sightings etc.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Managed to catch up with owner.  Meg went missing on Tuesday and there has been no sign.  I've given them some advice on things to do and stressed the importance of getting the posters out, which has not been done up to now.  They will check their email for the advice/info that has been emailed to them and they are going to try and get a photo to us but have had problems, gone through various ways of getting a photo to us.  She may well have been picked up and once the posters start getting in the right area fingers crossed owners will get the call they are waiting for.  Good Luck.  Jan x  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Emailed owner and left my landline number. This little girl needs to be found very soon as I'm worried she might be preparing to have her litter on her own somewhere.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Only managed to speak to owner very briefly and get her breed, network coverage went down.  Tried second number in the registered details, no answer.  Have left a message asking for a landline, but I will email further advice/info and request a photo a.s.a.p.   Jan x  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
