WELCOME HOME SASHA, i am so glad to see her in the blue, when i first saw her photo it felt like she was really looking at me with her bright eyes, and i felt for her. My dog is also called Sasha, but is a german sheppard, she has the same lovely eyes. Yet another happy ending.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Oh Jan, what a lovely reunited photo albeit a bit blurred - lol! Just look at the excited look on her little face - what a sweetheart. I'm thrilled for Sasha's family who obviously love her very much (as she does them!). And well done to you Jan for spotting her at the kennels. Things like this make it all worthwhile doesn't it? Welcome home Sasha and no more running away from home. I presume both a chip and an ID tag on her collar are on the cards?

Witnessed another lovely reunion this afternoon in the RSPCA, Sasha recognised her dad straight away and went balistic.  Tried to get a reunited pic as best as I could but like Teeco she would not keep still, Sasha was a bit bigger than Teeco to be picked up by her dad.  So pleased both dogs are now back with their family.  Welcome home Sasha, her family will be getting her chipped a.s.a.p.  Over the blue you go now girl.  Thank you to the DW and RSPCA Halewood, Liverpool.  Jan x  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Brilliant, owner has confirmed the found dog in Halewood RSPCA is Sasha, they will make arrangements to visit the kennels a.s.a.p.  RSPCA is not officially open tomorrow.  Good luck and look forward to seeing her back with her family and moved into the BLUE.  Sasha and Teeco both in Halewood have both been matched today.  So pleased I had the chance to visit the kennels today with being on holiday.  Jan x Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I've now received a photo of Sasha and it does look like the same dog in the RSPCA, especially the pic of her in box 1.  Trying to contact owner but no answer on landline or mobile.  Really hope this is her, she looked lovely and very submissive.  Jan x   Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Visited Halewood RSPCA this afternoon and there is a dog picked up last night in the right area, had problems contacting owner, even the RSPCA tried in case it was my phone.  Owner rang back while I was still at the RSPCA and said they are still trying to send a photo, I have taken a photo of the dog and will forward it onto them.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Spoken to owner.  Having problems getting a photo to us, only photo/s they have are on their mobile.  I've given advice on some things to do re the photo, DW has been notified, suggested contacting bordering ones as well, will email further info/advice. Sasha was barking in the yard then she went quiet, when owners checked she was not in the yard, someone may have let her out as the gate was open which they are sure was not left open by themselves. I've stressed the importance of postering and visiting kennels in person.   Fingers crossed once the posters start getting circulated they get the phone call they are waiting for.  Jan x   Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Lou, sorry to see Sasha is missing.  Thanks for registering on DL and adding her details, we will do all we can to help you in your search.   Can you upload photo/s or email to admin@doglost.co.uk (QUOTE ID 18741) any problems with a photo let us know.  You need to poster poster poster the area as much as possible, we cannot stress enough the importance of the postering.  Posters can be printed once a photo has been added by selecting Dog Poster 1 just above Dog Information (you must be logged in).  Contact DW's, rescues, vets and leave a poster (you can find vets in the area by clicking on the logo right hand side just underneath Latest Missing photo).  Dogs can be rehomed after 7 days, try and visit rescues do not rely on phone calls alone.   Please update us on who has been contacted i.e. DW's etc and if you have started postering.  You can leave a comment by selecting   Add a comment  just above Comments.  Good luck and hope she is  found soon.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
