DELIGHTED TO MOVE ZEUS TO REUNITED!! Its a bit of a long story but a loose GSD has been sighted 10days in petwood area then 10 days around Kingswood. Enticed by food owners of Zeus were contacted as they thought a possible match. Dog was finally caught with fresh chicken ( his favourite food). Zeus was bought over to me to be scanned but no chip found but he had lost a huge amount of weight and chip could have sunk behind bone. Markings matched those of Zeus. So he was taken bck last week as we all felt sure this was Zeus. Reports logged to council and police. He was rescanned and again vets thought it could be behind a bone or if vever checked may even have fallen out when implanted!!! Zeus went home to meet the pack and was immediately accepted by Titan ( his litter brother) also the top dog and leader of the pack. after meeting all the other dogs he made himself at home and went to sleep. As each day progresses he is coming more confidant as we have no idea what happened to him all this time. I will keep in touch and re post if needed.

Sorry I do not understand why Zeuss has not been returned??? I am sure I sighted him an a car and reported this to the Kent Police aswell as to the owner. I think the police should start doing there job properly!!! There will be jobs on the line soon!

This dog has been loose i think since feb but there is no real confirmation of this and it could be 2 dogs being on the loose- zeus was stolen June. owners have already been to see this dog and called his name with no response and they feel that Zeus would have done this but it was in th early hours of the morning and while he did not respond he did not run off. now there are more pictures  where they have got much closer and i have alerted owner who feels that the markings are so close its worth investigating more. i know that the lady from BIGGSD will be feeding again tonight and owner is hoping to make conatct before she goes. Fingers crossed for a positive match. CJ

I have received an email this morning with details of Zeuss - it is an email that has been circulated in a wide area so hopefully someone, somewhere will have seen this boy.  He looks absolutely gorgeous - fingers crossed he turns up safe and well.  I hope that Titan is recovering well. x

Alerted owners but sadly not Zeus. owners wil follow any lead- have recently travelled 100's of miles to check on one up north that could almost have been his twin but again sadly not Zeus. Please continue to  keep a look out.  Zeus will be featured together with other STOLEN dogs on the police stand at the Kent County show this coming weekend at Detling show ground nr maidstone.

What a lovely boy. I'm often around the Stockbury area - was there yesterday in fact. Will keep my eyes open. Might be an idea to contact the East Kent Gazette to run a story? I think they  cover that area.
Hollingbourne/Lenham seems to get an unfair share of stolen dogs albeit it sporadic. I wonder who is travelling through?

The kent messenger did a story with picture about Zeus and Titan although they got the details round the wrong way. Nice picture of Zeus but the write up states he was the one found with tail missing. i have re contacted KM - it could mean another story next week if not found which will be a bonus in a way!!

Awaiting photo should be on its way. Zeus was taken with his brother TITAN from the garden on 10th June. Titan has been picked up already but he had 3/4 of his tail removed- which was also badly infected and full of maggots and has since needed futher amputation at the vets./ please to say he is doing well although missing his brother Awaiting CRN as police are with owner as I type this message.   ANY HELPERS in area please email admin for STOLEN posters especially if you live in the stockbury area as a sighting has already been made of a similar dog being dragged un willingly by an older and younger man around this area.  CJ .
