Long-format explanatory advice sent to owner (via Messenger DM) regarding the use of scent items and food lures and how to bring the dog out of survival mode.

Omg poor baby...he is so sweet! I will pass the word round my neighbours...I don't have a printer so cannot print the poster but we live about a mile up the road so it's possible we may get some sightings in due course. Is he drawn to dogs? There are a lot of dogs here...or, is he more likely to run from other dogs too? Might be worth asking the owners of the Trav Rest to look out for him...also there is a home boarding just behind Trav Rest (I forget the name offhand) and he may be drawn to the dogs they have there, who are often outside in the enclosed garden?

Mr tips was last seen on the busy tedburn road. We are camping out near where he was staying in hope he’ll find us. He went missing near the travellers rest pub
