A lady said she may have seen him yday at 9:30 by the grass area by darlaston swimming baths. How do I know who my lost dog worker is?
Marbie
Naomi for that and drones, liase with your Doglost link worker as they will either know how to do this or at least be in with those who do. It's not easy at the moment with the awful weather and fools still sending up fireworks as Teddy will likely still be hiding away. Once you get sightings it will get easier xxx

Yes iv contacted quite a scale of vets and cut up his blanket n dotted it to a trace home too. Does anyone know if there’s a way to use sniffer dogs to try n trace him?
TrudielovesMax!
Really good post, Marbie. Naomi, I would take very good walks around your area holding an object with his scent on, (Like you would with a missing cat) Also whilst doing this wear the same deodorant/perfume say that you usze on a day to day basis as Teddy will recognize the scent, and your the one he trusts. Paws, and fingers xd for you x
Marbie
I'm glad the line's not live Naomi. Have you postered everywhere and notified all the vets and rescues - not just those local to you but in quite a large area as he may have run or even still be hiding very close to you. It's not impossible someone local has taken him in for safety and doesn't know where to contact anyone. Difficult to imagine when so many have Facebook but believe me there are still a lot of people around who have no idea what to do or even that they should notify the dog warden. I think a few people are still worried if they phone the dog warden the dogs get taken and put to sleep. They may mistakenly feel they are protecting him. It really is a matter of contacting everyone, postering all over the place and have you left his bed and or your unwashed bedding close by? I don't know if you have a house with a garden or even how bad your weather is but if you have a way to hang unwashed washing in the breeze so he gets the smell of home if he's hiding it will give him the direction to come looking. The weather isn't good to leave a lot out without it getting wet so if you change any of your laundry daily it will keep your smell fresher for him. Also if you haven't already asked do check with neighbours if any have cctv I really hope he's home soon as it's distressing for you and Teddy too xxx
Naomi S
I kind of have a feeling someone’s got him and just not handing him over :( how will I ever get him back?

Naomi S
No it’s not live, it’s just greenery now n trees n bushes
Marbie
is it a live rail line and if so have the railway authorities been notified? With all the noise we have had round here for the last few days Teddy could still be in hiding poor boy xxx
Naomi S
