After speaking to Katie yesterday the location where Teddie has been seen is on private land with no public access. The landowner is helping and taken his owner to the area but Teddie is either making the most of his freedom or too frightened to approach anyone. It's not far from home, hoping he will give in soon.
Owners are aware that he could be in survival mode and if seen to turn away, remain calm and give him time to process who it is.

So sorry he is missing...I do hope he is found quickly. Those who steal dogs have absolutely no concept of the feelings of the dog, ripped from his home and family. Nor the impact that a stolen dog has on his humans. They are family. Fingers crossed that someone can spot sweet Teddie and help bring him home.
