- Dear all thank you so much for all yo ur advice. Its helpful to know if there are area's in which I can still chase up. I have had the police round today to take a formal statement, so lets hope they will get some information. I have called the local vets and there are aware, and when I phone the many other people they can be quiet unhelpful and say they will contact me if they have any news, but I still call. I thank you call in all the different area where you are keeping your eyes open for Poppy and I and my family are sure with your help she will come home safe and sound. Thank you all so much for your support, I find it most comforting. Sarah, Poppy's mum. xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Poppy?s Mum ? you?re trying so hard to find your sweetheart & it's so good you're managing to stay positive. There are plenty of other stories of dogs being found after longer time than this so I am sure your efforts will bring results soon. Are you ringing round rescue centres & re-homing kennels? (& if possible ? difficult I know because you work ? visiting in person). Apparently they don?t all scan for chips ? or some might not show up. Please read Thumper?s story (18853) in the Reunited section. He was found quite a long way from home & although chipped it sounds like it was a week before they contacted his owner. Also contact vets to alert them. Not all vets will scan if someone appears with a new dog! I?m sure Jimi will have all the Suffolk contacts you need. You?re not that far from the Essex border so if you need any Essex contacts just say. Really hoping your beautiful girl will be back with you soon. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- i would just like to say thank you to everyone. you have all been so helpful and understanding. poppy is my babay girl, and i am sure she will come home to us soon. all the shops around us have her poster in and we hope to get some more posters up again this week end. bbc suffolk radio said they would put her on air, but as i work during the day i have not heard if they have mentioned her. she has been in the local paper, and we have put posters through all the doors in the local area. my children have spoke to there friends at school, so lots of people keeping there eys open for her. i am sure where ever she is, someone is begining to love her, she has such a happy personality, that everyone falls in love with her. again i would just like to thank you all for your support. poppy's mum xxxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Poppy's Mummy misses her and is still looking for her and putting posters up around the area but they are being taken down. She believes that Poppy has been taken but it is hoped that she will be scanned and her microchip picked up at some point so she can be returned to her rightful home. She has been in the papers recently and the area will still be heavily postered. Flyers have also been put through doors. If anyone knows where Poppy might be please contact owner or let us know. Stay safe little Poppy till we find you. xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Poor Poppy, poster everywhere (you prob have already) but make her face so famous everyone will be checking every small dog, and she will be easily recognised. Big poster in asda! and all the usual areas where masses go, places like B&Q and leisure parks, playgrounds, give to postmen etc Dont give up its not that long yet and lots of dogs have been reunited who've been missing longer. Thinking of you.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
