- Other Info Carlow/Kilkenny Dog Shelter - This Husky was found apparently tied to a pole in Carlow, has just come into our care, microchipped but this poor dog has been passed around so many times in his short life we are unable to find an owner, we believe he has now been dumped 😟 if you have any information on who might own this dog please contact us on 0599726785
