- Check all outbuildings, including empty houses, and cellars in case trapped. Do numerous checks as cats can stay very still, and quiet when trapped. They are renowned for it. Bear in mind too that cat have very flexible spines (Elasticated) so they can squeeze into very small spaces (About 2"/3" wide) Place his UNWASHED blanket into a clean container in a sheltered spot. DO NOT leave his litter tray outside as other cats nay use it, and could, upset, and confuse the cat. Walk around the area, holding an object with his scent on, and rattle some Dreanies Someone may be feeding Fergus (Common problem) Try a squeaky toy too. Is there a Mr Big in the area? (Dominant cat) As sometimes they will case a less confident cat out of it`s own territory. However the chased cat will not return until they think it`s "Safe" enough fir them to do so. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Remember to check trees; hedges etc. Hope Fergus will be home very soon. Paws, and fingers xd.
