Mitchel's mum and dad
Has anyone got any fresh ideas on what else we can do to get Mitchel back, I suspect that he is living with another family now, and can only hope that is the case and he is safe and warm and well fed, but he has to go out for a walk, or even to the vet at some stage, do vets check for microchips when they get a new patient, I know ours didn't when first took Mitchel to them. Hi Jane, thanks for the message, I am really pleased that you have Bunty home now. We will never give up hope. We miss him so much, the house is so empty, I can't bear to go in the garden, his toys are still there and I haven't even cleaned up the poo! I would do anything to see his muddy paw prints on the floor, I haven't had to hoover the rug in the lounge for ages. But on the more positive site all our friends have put up posters in their cars, the local pub has a poster and lots of the reguars are on the road every day for their work, so a lot of people are looking out for him. I can only hope that someone is looking after him not knowing how to contact us. He is microchipped, so one day (soon I hope) we will get a call that we can bring him home. We will do anything to get him home. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hello Mitchell's family. I know it's not much comfort, but our terrier (Bunty) also went missing on 20 September and she was found many miles away, by some children two weeks later. As soon as the children took her to a vet the vet identified us as the owners as she was micro-chipped. We were reunited within 2 hours. So DON'T GIVE UP HOPE! Jane H.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
