- Hello,
I saw a golden retriever running on its own on the 10th Jan around 1.30pm when i was walking my dog. I can't say 100% it was Phoebe but the date I saw the dog was the same day.
Myself and several others tried to stop it but the dog dodged us and kept running.
I last saw her running from Eskdale Ave to Lye Green road, and she had run into the country road where the pavement ends.
