- I am so glad he has been claimed, comming from Bishops Stortford explains why there were no posters in Old Harlow, as quite a distance to travel. , Shame on the vet who did not send off the chip details causing the owners more distress. I did think that this was a dumped dog as there have been 4 staffs found in this area , glad that this one is safely home.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- This dog has today been reunited with one very happy owner!! He went missing from Bishops Stortfrod, owner had postered etc. Someone who had seen the dog in the rescue kennels and then saw one of his posters, was able to put owner in touch with the kennels. The owner was amazed there were no details against the chip, the dog has a passport and chip details on there too. He was going to re visit the vets that chipped and completed all the paperwork (but obv didn't post!) and make a serious complaint......if it wasn't for the rescue taking this dog out of the pound one and a half weeks ago, this dog could have been PTS at the pound when his chip should have got him home on day 1. The outcome could have been so different, but thankfully it wasn't. Photo uploaded to show this gorgeous boy. Thanks and well done to all involved in this happy ending. - Possible SBT x Mastiff. Brindle with a white chest. He is microchipped but there are no details against the chip, it was not registered and can't even find out who/where chipped him. Now with a rescue kennels, exact date found unknown.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
