- Check all outbuildings, including empty houses, and cellars. Do numerous checks as cats can stay very still, and quiet when trapped. They are renowned for it. Bear in mind too that cats have very flexible spines so they can squeeze into very narrow spaces (About 2".3£ wide). So has he managed to climb into a partially opened window, and is now trapped> Exitin can be more difficult; it depends on the drop. Put his UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, and leave in the garden in a sheltered spot. You can leave his litter tray outside, but beware other cats may use it. Take gpod walks around the area, taking with you an item with his scent on, and rattle some Dreamies. Someone may be feeding him (Common problem) Try a squeaky toy too. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Cats can smell scents from quite a distance away. Paws xd.
