- Other Info Carlow/Kilkenny Dog Shelter - We have just picked up this poor dog in Kilkenny and she is now in our care. She is emaciated, covered in mange, eye infection, matted coat and sores all over her body 💔 She is microchipped, she has just gone 11yrs old 😞 we have traced many owners and will continue to do so until we know who the current owner is, we are stating the obvious by saying this is a welfare case and has been passed onto the relevant bodies. Someone must know who is responsible for this dogs suf
