This is probably best tried in daylight when safer but try placing something bouyant of similar weight/size to Bonnie in the stream where she fell in and watch where the current takes it. It may lead you to a point where she could have got stuck and managed to climb out, and enable you to focus on a partcular area to search. Check especially near any fallen trees or branches and tight bends where there might be shallows on the inside of the bend. Also check any culverts where the stream runs under tracks or roads. Look for paw prints in soft ground around any likely exit points.
