Nellie has been secured by her family tonight - after a huge postering operation in the area of recent sightings. Massive thanks to volunteers, local community and helpers for their support in spreading the message that Nellie should be ignored if seen, and that sightings should be called in or messaged. Her family are so grateful for the support of our local community x

Extensive postering being carried out by family, volunteers and community helpers across Taunton, Wellington and surrounding villages as well as door leafleting areas near sightings, in order to spread the message that people must not actively search for, call or approach Nellie

There have been a number of sightings of Nellie, who continues to run from any human interaction, motion cameras have been deployed at home. It is imperative that people do not interact with Nellie if they see her, and that sightings are called in or messaged to her page asap so that we can deploy feeding stations and attempt to settle her in an area so that she can be safely secured.
