- Other Info Carlow/Kilkenny Dog Shelter - These 2 Whippet / Lurchers were found in Urlingford Kilkenny today running through the traffic in the town, it took us hours to catch them 😅 they are now safe and in our care ❤️ Both are in awful condition covered in sores, mange, fleas and very thin, this is clearly a welfare case and the relevant bodies have been notified.
