- Check all outbuildings several times, as cats cab stay very still, and quiet when trapped. They are renowned for it. Also cats have very flexible spines so the can squeeze into very narrow spaces (About 2"/3" wide) So has Polly managed to climb into a partially opened window, ana is now trapped? Exiting can be more difficult; it depends on the drop. Place her UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, and place in the garden in a sheltered spot. You could leave her litter tray out but beware other cats may use it. Take long walks around the area, holding an object with her scent on, and rattle some Dreamies. Try a squealy toy too. Someone may be feeding her (Common problem) Is there a Mr Big in the area? (Dominant cat) As sometimes they will case a less confident out of it`s own territory. The cased cat will not return until they think it`s "Safe" enough for them to do so. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Paws, and fingers xd.
