e mail from Mr English to admin:   Re the last message posted for these 2 dogs.   I can confirm that I know exactly where the dogs are...they are with me.   I do apologies that these two bearded collies are the dispute of a domestic situation but they are safe and well and hopefully a resolvement can be found soon.   To confirm they are NOT lost or NOT stolen, I have them in my possession.   I would be grateful if you could update your website.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Mr English has actually told the police that he does not know where the dogs are or who they are with. I am trying to get an update from the police, but as far as we are aware the dogs are still missing. I apologise for any confusion.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
DogLostCJ - Police Liaison & SE Regional Coordinator
We have recieved an email concerning these dogs which has turned out to be a cival dispute and not missing dogs. I hope that both parties can reach a decision that will be agreeable and in the best interest of the two dogs.  CJ   Dear Sir/madam,
Re the above listed missing dogs; Freddy and George. These dogs are jointly owned by myself and Kirsty (who has reported them lost). They are however, not lost but in my possession. Kirsty is aware of this as is the police and it has been flagged as a civil dispute over ownership. Kirsty is fully aware of this and has my number. I thought you ought to be aware of the full situation as not to waste your time.
Please feel free to contact me on my mobile  if you wish to discuss this further.
Kind regards
Brian E.
