DW has just rung me back and this little fella has been reunited with his owners,  sorry C.J it was not missing JRT Ted.

I have rung DW to see if this dog has been claimed or chipped but he is out & about and will call me back,Police would not take this dog in so finder keep until DW collected. will update when i speak with DW.

This dog ran out in front of my car this morning at 09.30am  when i was on my way to vets with my dog, i pulled over used my dogs lead as i could see he had collar on and tried to call this dog or contain it, he was very frightened and no road sense, i sat on the floor and tried to get closer but he just ran and ran, he was quite long legged jrt lots of blk on face and body with white. the area this happened was Blackhorse Road Mangotsfield, then he ran up Jubliee crescent. I drove round loads of times but lost him!. I then rang DW to report, incase he was reported lost  and she said a lady had found similar dog just down road and handed in to staple hill police staion and Dw was on route to collect and take to kennels, gave my nos so if reunited or still lost can update.
