Where is Dam Wood Lane?
Unfortunately, Cherry has not been found

Hi, have you found your dog? We were driving from Ormskirk to Southport this evening around 11pm, and a lone dog crossed the road in front of our car on Dam Wood Lane, going into the wooded area. I noticed the up curled tail and colour and I remembered seeing your post. We took a photo of the location.Last edited: 2024-07-16 01:03:28 by Lydia Te

Thanks Jan. Skem would make sense for her to move from Scarth Hill Lane as she could go across farm fields, ruff woods so out of site. Will bump the post up on the sites covering Skem

Owner has had a msg from a genuine person who has said seen a dog on its own very similar to Cherry 2/3 weeks ago in the Skelmersdale area. Owners will be checking the areas and share to groups in the area.

Thanks for looking out for Cherry and alerting owners etc. if anyone does see a dog that could be her please try and get a photo but do not call or chase. Photo would eliminate if Cherry or not.

Would it help or hinder to poster around Chapel Street? Don’t want the guy to go into hiding but he might have stumbled across her by accident, if it is Cherry, and be happy to reunite Last edited: 2024-05-09 17:25:43 by J MO

Pretty confident this dog is with a homeless guy often seen around Southport, similar looking dog but with a bit of fur growth compared to the pics.
Usually seen sat outside the Tesco Express on Chapel St.
I hope you find her soon x

Sadly there has been no more SIGHTINGS. Owners and family are doing all they can to find her and are devastated. There is so many people supporting and helping which is gratefully appreciated. Thank you to everyone involved. Rooting for that most important call to be made. 🀞

Have updated poster for sharing .

Unfortunately I am still having problems with FB and cannot send the UPDATED poster by messenger or do as much on FB, keep getting restrictions and FB saying ‘Going Against Community Standards’ 😑

Just driven around the area. No sightings and a few cars driving around slowly, so I did wonder if they were looking as well. Best to go a bit later when it’s quieter

Not far from me so I’ve have given some advice. Glad Cherry is now registered on the main site.
Not sure if the main post can be amended but it is Ormskirk and not Omakirk. Just concerned that people may not know where she is missing from.
